Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of RingSave's AI voice receptionist and missed-call text-back service (the "Service"), provided to local businesses ("Business Clients"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RingSave detects missed calls to a Business Client's connected phone number and automatically sends a text message to the caller, and/or answers calls with an AI voice agent where enabled. Business Clients can view call and messaging activity in their dashboard.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One business profile is supported per account at this time.

Acceptable use and messaging consent

Business Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to text and call their own customers, and for complying with applicable telemarketing, SMS, and telephone consumer protection laws. RingSave sends an automated text only in direct response to an inbound call placed by the recipient to the Business Client's own published phone number.

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.

Plans and billing

The Service is offered under Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Fees, where applicable, are billed as described at checkout or in your account settings.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party telephony infrastructure (Telnyx) which may occasionally experience outages outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, RingSave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
